Office of the District Judge Koraput
Office of the District Judge Koraput has issued a notification for the recruitment of Junior Clerk Cum Copyist, Grade-III Stenographer vacancies in the Judgeship of Koraput on contractual basis :

1. Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist: 18 Posts
2. Grade-III Stenographer: 02 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 – 32 years as on last date of application. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess at least +2 examination, Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute. Be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed in a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard, minimum speed of 80 words in short hand and 40 words in English Type writing per minute.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of written competitive examination, computer test and viva voce examination.

Examination Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.100/- through Treasury Challan under the Head “0070-other Administrative services-01-Administration of Justice-501-services and service fees-0010-Charges for Service provided-02177-Examination Fees for Recruitment conducted by Orissa District & Subordinate Courts”. SC, ST candidates arte exempted from fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send thier applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of mark sheets of H.S.C. and + 2 examination, mark sheet of Diploma in Computer Application, caste certificate, Short hand/ Type writing certificate, Treasury Challan, Two Character certificates in original from two Gazetted Officers, Two attested Passport size photographs (one is to be affixed in the application on the space provided), Two self addressed envelopes (stamped with Rs. 25/- each) of size 23 x 10 cms on or before 05-09-2014 to the Office of the District Judge, Koraput-Jeypore.
