Shri Seemant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit. The same is taken on record.
In the affidavit the names of two persons, namely, Sobhit Srivastava and Brijesh Srivastava have been mentioned as the persons who used whitener in the OMR sheet.
The petitioners may file impleadment application impleading Sobhit Srivastava and Brijesh Srivastava.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further states that the petitioners had also applied for the selection for the post of Assistant Teacher in pursuance of the Examination 2011 and, therefore, they are aggrieved persons.
The petitioners shall file their admit card and also disclose what was their result by way of a supplementary affidavit.
