Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the NCTE submits that necessary guidelines shall be issued within a period of three days directing the concerned authority to include the B.Ed. as qualifying degree for the candidates to appear in the examination to be conducted for appointment as Primary Teachers.
In view of the aforesaid undertaking before this Court, the petitioner will not have any grievance further to maintain this petition.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the NCTE, this petition is finally disposed of.
Needless to say that if the applications are submitted by the candidates, who have B.Ed. degree, before the last date, their applications shall be considered.
