Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceeding 64 years for Sl no 1 to 5 Posts, up to 45 years for Sl no 6 & 7 Posts as on 20-08-2014.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess DM/ MCH or equivalent qualification for Sl no
1 to 5 Posts, PG degree or equivalent (after MBBS) with minimum 3 years
experience after PG degree/ PG diploma for Sl no 6 & 7 Posts.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on interview.

candidates can attend the interview along with application in prescribed
format, Relevant documents in original and two attested Xerox copies
like Age Certificate, Education Qualification, Experience, Medical
Registration, Mark Sheet, etc, 2 recent pass port size photographs on
