Judicial Magistrate Grade – III under Meghalaya Judicial Service: 04 Posts
Junior Engineer Grade - I (Electrical) in the Office of the Chief Engineer: 04 Posts
Orchidologist in the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer: 01 Post
Assistant System Engineer in the Election Department: 09 Posts
Selection will be conducted on the basis of written examination, physical efficiency test and screening test.

- Judicial Magistrate Grade – III under Meghalaya Judicial Service: LLB Degree from any recognised University and must have the knowledge of Khasi or Jaintia or Garo languages
- Junior Engineer Grade - I (Electrical) in the Office of the Chief Engineer: Minimum 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering Course from Government recognised Institutions
- Orchidologist in the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer: M.Sc in Botany Forestry or Agriculture with PhD in the subject of Micropropagation/Tissue Culture
- Assistant System Engineer in the Election Department: B.Sc. Computer Science (Hons) or BCA (3-years) with Class –XII (Science) or CSE Diploma (3 years) with Class-XII (Science)
- Judicial Magistrate Grade – III under Meghalaya Judicial Service: 21-35 years
- Junior Engineer Grade - I (Electrical) in the Office of the Chief Engineer: 18-27 years
- Orchidologist in the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer: 22-30 years
- Assistant System Engineer in the Election Department: 18-27 years
Selection will be conducted on the basis of written examination, physical efficiency test and screening test.

- The filled up allocation form along with the challan should be sent to commission’s office before 10 September 2014.
