Educational Qualification
A candidate must have following qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities (Arts) or Sciences or Commerce with a Master’s Degree in Education; or
• A Master’s Degree in Humanities (Arts) or Sciences or Commerce with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education; or
• A B.A. (Hons), B.Ed., or B.Sc.(Hons),B.Ed.Degree on successful completion of the integrated course from a Regional College of Education with a Master’s Degree in Humanities (Arts) or Science.

Candidates can apply online by visiting the official site of OPSC at http://opsconline.gov.in.
Candidates should send the print out of the filled application form along with other necessary documents and Challan showing payment of application fee to Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission,19, Dr.P.K.Parija Road, Cuttack -753001 before 24 October 2014.
