The learned Single Judge has taken the view
that the appellant was a graduate in Home
Science and hence could not be considered
for appointment on the post of Assistant
Teacher in Mathematics and Science.
We see no reason to interfere with the order
of the learned Single Judge dated 21 May
2015 since the view of the learned Single
Judge is not shown contrary to any statutory
rule.
The special appeal is accordingly dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
