Intervening Application, the same also be placed on record.
Shri Shailendra, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the
respondent Nos.5 to 9 filed a counter affidavit, wherein an
objection about the locus of Anil Kumar Singh in filing the
Special Appeal and maintainability of the same are being
raised
Sri Radha Kant Ojha, learned counsel for the appellant
seeks some time to file reply.
On his request, put up this case on Tuesday, i.e. on
7.4.2015 to enable him to file reply to the Counter affidavit.
