Heard Sri Manish Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1,2 and 4 and Sri Rahul Shukla, learned counsel appearing for BSA, Barabanki.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been allowed to complete her Special BTC Training in the year 2012 and now she is being denied appointment as Assistant Teacher.
On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for BSA, Barabanki states that the petitioner has not applied for her appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher and further that she is not eligible for the reason that she has not qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test.
Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Director, State Council of Education Research and Training, Lucknow to take decision in the matter of the petitioner.� For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner shall make a representation within ten days from today. If any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by passing a speaking and reasoned order by the Director, State Council of Education Research and Training, Lucknow within next two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with representation.
