Heard the petitioner in person and Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 & 5.
Challenge raised is to the government order dated 13th June, 2017, (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition) on the ground that its implementation is likely to cause harm in order to maintain the student teacher ratio.
It is further submitted that this can only be done after admissions are finalised in the month of August, 2017. It cannot be implemented at this stage as has been indicated for furnishing information under the government order. In effect, the challenge raised is that even if the government order is adhered to, its implementation is likely to cause impediment in its implementation and also to the institution as well as students.
These arguments are hypothetical at this stage in a public interest Writ Petition, which has been filed without there being any material or substance to substantiate the aforesaid arguments. In the absence of any such material as may be experienced by any particular institution, it will not be appropriate to test the validity of the government order. We, therefore, find no reason to entertain this writ petition, leaving it open to any aggrieved institution or person to file a writ petition in the event the government order causes any personal injury.
The writ petition is rejected with the aforesaid observations.

- शिक्षा मित्रों समेत सभी शिक्षकों पर फैसला एक साथ कभी भी जुलाई महीने में, ऑपरेटिव पार्ट पढ़ कर सुनाया जाएगा
