Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test, UPTET Exam Date 2021 is likely to be delayed, as per recent information. Earlier, Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board, UPBEB was likely to conduct the exam in December, 2021, however, recent media reports suggest that the exam will now be held in January,
2022. An official confirmation on UPTET revised schedule will be available on the official website, updeled.gov.in.UPTET Exam Date 2021 was initially for November 28, 2021. But the exam got cancelled due to an alleged paper leak around 10 am, taking everyone by surprise. Following this, some arrests were made and students were informed that the exam would be conducted in a month's time.
However, till date, no new exam date has been announced by UPBEB, even though earlier, some officials communicated that it is likely to be held around December 26, 2021. Check below the latest updates.
UPTET Exam Date 2021: What we know about revised schedule
The new exam date for UPTET 2021 was supposed to be for December, 2021 as the exam conducting authorities had mentioned that they would hold the exam in a month's time. Since, the exam was cancelled on November 28, 2021, it became clear that UPTET would be held somewhere in December, 2021.
Soon after UPTET 2021 postponement, some officials told reporters that the exam is likely to be held by December 26, 2021. However, with no official update from UPBEB till now, reports are now flooding that UPTET is likely to be delayed to January, 2022. The probability of this is high as the exam conducting would release the new exam date at least 15 days prior to the commencement.
UPTET candidates are informed that some reports are alleging that the exam will be held after January 15, 2022. However, they must note that as of now, there is no official confirmation on UPTET Exam Date 2021 and they must keep a check here and on the official website for official updates on revised exam schedule.
