The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the impugned advertisement inviting applications for appointment on the post of assistant teachers in L.T. grade in Government Secondary Schools in so far as it does not prescribe T.E.T. qualification as the minimum eligibility for appointment, is contrary to the stipulation in this regard in the notifications issued by N.C.T.E. from time to time and which have overriding effect.
Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents prays for and is granted a week's time to obtain instructions in the matter.
