Singh has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.2 while Sri H.N. Pandey has accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Sri H.N. Singh, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Agnihotri Kumar Tripathi are on caveat, which has been filed on behalf of the candidates who have B.Ed. degree in their possession. Learned counsel representing the respondents are granted three weeks time to file their counter affidavits. Two weeks thereafter for filing rejoinder affidavit.
In the meantime the caveators may file application for impleadment.
List thereafter for final disposal.
When the petition is next listed the names of Sri Sri B.P. Singh and Sri H.N. Pandey shall be shown as counsel for the respondents.
