By means of the present public interest litigation, petitioner no.1 which is an association of primary teachers and petitioner nos. 2 to 5 are its members have sought intervention of the Court to direct the respondents not to utilise their services for the following purposes.

• TET नेताओ को सिर्फ चंदे की चिंता हैं याचीयो के भविष्य की नही : गणेश दीक्षित
• दोस्तों ये लड़ाई सिर्फ जॉब की नही...........मयंक तिवारी
• टेट एग्जाम की वैलिडिटी को आगे बढ़ाया जाए अथवा नही ये 17 नवम्बर को तय होगा
• जो भाई लोग कहते हैं सुप्रीम कोर्ट हाई कोर्ट का फैसला बदलता नही --- वो भाई लोग पढ़ें
• गणेश दीक्षित और SK पाठक पूर्ण रूप से अचयनित/याचियों के प्रति समर्पित : पूर्णेश शुक्ल(महाकाल)
• कम पदों पर भर्ती के प्रस्ताव से बीटीसी धारक भड़के
• तीन लाख बीएड टीईटी पास उपेक्षित, 24 फरवरी 2016 को हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश का पालन करवाने की मांग

(a) Election duties;
(b) Duties for preparation of Voter List and Electoral Roll Revisions;
(c) For preparation of Census i.e. officially numbering the population- Jangarana;
(d) Verification of Ration Cards; Pulse Polie and any other activities.
Even though the petitioners want a direction from the Court that they should not be engaged in non teaching work but there is no everment nor any undertaking has been given by them that they will solely do the teaching work and teach the students with full devotion in the school during the school hours and would not be engaged in their personal work during school hours which is the order of the day.
As prayed by Sri D.P.Singh, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners, let an affidavit be filed to this effect only thereafter the Court will consider the prayers.
As prayed list on 20th November, 2012 before the appropriate Court.
