शिक्षामित्रों ने 72825 मे शिक्षामित्रों के कोटे से संम्बन्धित एक रिट हाईकोर्ट मे
इस प्रे के साथ दायर की थी कि जब शिक्षामित्रों
का समायोजन बिना टीईटी के हो रहा है
तो 72825 भर्ती मे निर्धारित 10% आरक्षित सीटो को भी बिना टेट पास
शिक्षामित्रों से भरा जाये
कोर्ट ने सरकार से एक माह मे जबान दाखिल करने को कहां।
समायोजन मे कम पड रही सीटो के मद्देनजर ये सरकार जबान होगा महत्वपूर्ण। ।

After 2010 whether any appointment in the institution can be made without such Shiksha Mitra having obtained Teachers Eligibility Test.
