Tips to get through Teacher recruitment

Teacher recruitment should be given utmost care especially in the state of India where education is a luxury for many. CTET (Central Teachers Eligibility Test) conducts examination Indian wide to recruit teachers throughout India. The thing is that it is not that easy to guess and examinees should have a proper knowledge of the subjects.

• The UPTET conducts examination for the state of Uttar Pradesh. It recruits teachers for primary as well as for secondary levels. The questions here are basically multiple choice types but there are some descriptive questions as well. So be prepared to write something critical apart from remembering some dates and short questions. Being a state based teacher recruitment test its standard is lower than the central level test but it’s competitive.

The pattern of the test is based on the standard of education exercised in central and the state of Uttar Pradesh but basically it covers everything related to class room teaching.
