इस आदेश को घूर-घूर कर देखिये इसमें कितनी IA दिखाई दे रहीं है क्योकि जब IA नोट हो रहीं थी तो हर व्यक्ति की नोट हो रही थी बड़े याची मेकर की नही। सुनवाई के बाद भी खूब पोस्ट लिख रहे थे लोग लेकिन आर्डर में IA5 In SLP 36033 ही दिखाई दे रही है जोकि हमारी टीम द्वारा फाइल की गयी है और सभी की नियुक्ति हेतु परमादेश याचिका WP244/2016। अब जिनकी IA नही दिख रहीं है क्या वो अपने याचियों से झूठ बोलने पर माँफी मांगेंगे....????????

दो टूक
•कल कोर्ट में जो IA नोट हुई है उनका सम्बन्ध #याची_लाभ से नही है उन्हें सिर्फ सुनवाई हेतु नोट किया गया है। शेष शिक्षामित्र #बाहर हो चुके है और आपको
#लाभ मिलने जा रहा है वो किस रूप में होगा ये कोर्ट तय करेगी।
•जिस तरह से कल IA नोट हुई है उसमें हमारी IA5/2016 In The Matter Of SLP36033/2015 भी नोट हुई है।
•जस्टिस दीपक मिश्रा जी ने 24फरबरी16 से 22फरबरी17 तक पूरे एक वर्ष में लगभग 8सुनवाइयाँ की थी और वहीँ जस्टिस गोयल जी ने केबल 15दिन में ही 8सुनवाइयाँ कर दी है। बिना सहयोग नही लड़ा जा सकता है। कल तक ही हुई सुनवाइयाँ का लगभग 3,50लाख पेमेंट करना शेष है और अभी फिर 17की सुनवाई भी करवानी है।
• ऐसे में जिसे यह लगता है कि सहयोग करने की कोई आवश्यकता नही है वह पूरा दिन इसके विरोध में पोस्ट लिखे, लोगों को समझाए, जितना संभव हो वो लोगों से आर्थिक सहयोग ना करने हेतु प्रेरित करे।
•जिसको लगता है सहयोग होना चाहिए वह स्वयं सहयोग करें और यदि हाल ही में सहयोग कर चुके हैं तो दूसरे साथियों से सहयोग की अपील करें और सहयोग सुनिश्चित करवाये।
•छुट्टी के दिन 17मई को होने वाली सुनवाई में कोर्ट अब सभी मामलों को संभवतः रिजर्ब कर देगी इसलिए मेरा निवेदन है उस अंतिम सुनवाई हेतु पूरा प्रदेश एकजुट होकर सीनियर हीरेन पी रावल जी, सीनियर ध्रुव मेहता जी, सीनियर वी मोहना जी और सीनियर विभा मखीजा जी में से किन्ही #दो (जिनकी उपलब्धता हो) को हायर कर लें।
•अंतिम निवेदन सिर्फ आपके मन जैसी बात बोलने वालों से सावधान रहें। ऐसे लोग प्रयास ना करके सिर्फ फेसबुक पर आपके मन की बात को लिख रहे है। शेष धैर्य बनाये रखें आपका संघर्ष, आपका इंतजार, आपकी तपश्या निश्चित रूप से फलीफूत होने जा रही है, उसके स्वरुप को ईश्वर के ऊपर छोड़ दें।
