डैशबोर्ड से शिक्षा विभाग की गतिविधयों पर होगी निगरानी
Unnao: Stricter surveillance is on the horizon for teachers in the Basic Education Department of Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be directly monitoring the performance of approximately 12,000 teachers, shikshamitras, and instructors in the district's 2,709 schools.
The CM's dashboard will track factors such as attendance, punctuality, and overall work efficiency. The department has already initiated the process of collecting data on teachers' arrival times and attendance.
Concerns over Online Attendance Register
Previously, there was a proposal to implement online attendance registers for teachers. However, this move faced protests from teachers across the state, leading to a three-month suspension of the directive.
Impact on Teachers
Teachers who frequently arrive late or absent without prior notice are likely to face greater scrutiny under this new monitoring system. The CM's review will prioritize punctuality and attendance. Stricter guidelines and reviews are expected to be implemented after Diwali.
Timing Adjustments for Teachers
To ensure timely arrival at school, teachers will need to adjust their schedules. During the summer, they'll need to leave their homes by 6 AM, while during the winter, leaving by 7 AM should suffice to reach school on time.
