1. Sri Radha Kant Ojha, learned Senior Advocate, appearing for petitioner, stated that in this matter, vires of U.P. Basic Education (Teachers) Service Rules, 1981 is under challenge, therefore, as per determination of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, this matter is cognizable by Division Bench and it appears that while nominating this matter to this Bench, this aspect has not been brought to the notice of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
2. Let this matter be placed before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate order and this matter is de-linked from this bunch.
