डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर विश्व विद्यालय आगरा में सत्र 2004-05 एवम 2006-07 में बीएड की डिग्री में जालसाज़ी की बात सामने आई। जांचोपरांत प्रदेश में लगभग 4500 परिषदीय शिक्षक इसी फ़र्ज़ी डिग्री के सहारे नौकरी कर रहे हैं। इस जालसाज़ी की जांच के लिए प्रदेश सरकार ने SIT (special investigation team) का गठन किया।
SIT की जांच में फ़र्ज़ी डिग्री के शिक्षकों के अभिलेख सामने आए। इसी मामले पर मा0 उच्च न्यायालय की

Sri Vivek Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University prays for and is granted four weeks' time to seek instructions/file counter affidavit as to what decision has been taken by the University pursuant to Special Investigation Team (SIT) report on the forgery committed by the employees of the University in connivance with the affiliated college, further, as to whether the degree of such candidates has been cancelled or not.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief claimed in the writ petition, has already been given in the aforementioned connected writ petition, therefore, petitioners are also entitled to the same relief.
Till the next date of listing, it will be open for the respondents to initiate proceedings against the petitioners for removal/termination in accordance with the Rules. Respondents, however, in the mean time are restrained from interfering in the functioning of the petitioners, they shall be entitled to their salary as and when due which shall abide by the outcome of the proceedings initiated against the petitioners.
【अर्थात इस रिट याचिका को पूर्व में इसी संदर्भित याचिका *रिट याचिका-56739/2017 SURYAVATI and 152 OTHRS* से कनेक्ट किया जाता है। श्री विवेक कुमार सरकार की तरफ से पेश हुए। यूनिवर्सिटी को 4 सप्ताह का समय काउंटर लगाने के लिए इस आशय से दिया जाता है कि यूनिवर्सिटी ने SIT जांच रिपोर्ट में संलिप्त पाए गए कर्मचारी, सबद्ध कॉलेजों के अनुसरण में क्या निर्णय लिया? और यदि विश्वविद्यालय ने संज्ञान में लिया है तो क्या ऐसे शिक्षकों की डिग्री अमान्य की गई या नही।
याचियों के वकील द्वारा मांगी गई राहत के आधार पर पूर्व में उपरोक्त बंच की गयी याचिका में पारित अंतरिम राहत के तौर पर याची भी राहत के हकदार हैं।
अगली सुनवाई की तिथि तक, सरकार/विश्वविद्यालय प्रशाषन याचियों या ऐसे शिक्षको के बर्खास्तगी को नियमो के अनुसार प्रारंभिक कार्यवाही करने की कार्यवाही का आरंभ करे।
इस समयांतराल में समस्त याची गणों के कार्य इस कार्यवाही के अधीन रहेंगे। ऐसे सभी शिक्षकों को उनकी सैलरी प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंगे। और जब तक याचियों के विरुद्ध प्रारम्भिक कार्यवाही का परिणाम नही निकलता तब तक वे यथास्थिति में रहेंगे।】
*➡मा0 न्यायालय ने फौरी तौर पर तो ऐसे फ़र्ज़ी डिग्री धारको को आंशिक राहत विश्वविद्यालयी प्रशाषन की कार्यवाही होने तक तो दे दी। लेकिन फ़र्ज़ी डिग्री धारियों का विभाग से सेवा मुक्त होना सुनिश्चित है।*
