भर्ती की जॉइनिंग डेट 3 माह बढ़ाने की मांग की थी इस मांग को कोर्ट मना करते हुए 1 हफ्ते में ओरिजिनल डोक्युमेंट के साथ ज्वाइन करने का दिया आदेश दिया है. नीचे हाई कोर्ट का आर्डर दिया गया है.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State, Shri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 and Shri Sandeep Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4.
The grievance of the petitioners is that they are appeared in the examination of Trainee Assistant Teachers. In the meantime, they have been offered appointment as Assistant Teacher in the Junior High School for which the original documents are required to be deposited.
The petitioners seeks three months time to join on the post of Assistant Teachers but this Court does not find any reason to grant the time, instead, it is provided that the original documents shall be provided to the petitioners within one week by the Basic Education Officer of the concerned districts on the petitioners' appearance in the office of the Basic Education Officer. Based thereon the petitioner shall submit their joining on the next date by submitting their original documents failing of which, they shall not be entitled to join on the post of Assistant Teacher in Junior High School.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
