ये आर्डर जो आया है इसमें जो सुप्रीम कोर्ट का जो आदेश सरकार से मागा है उसका कारण ये है कि सरकारी वकील ने कहा कि रिसफलिग सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश से हो रही है जिस पर जज साहब नः फटकार भी लगायी और कहा की हमे सुप्रीम कोर्ट का भय दिखा रहे हो तो सरकारी वकील ने कहा राज्य सरकार के निर्देश पर हो रहा है
जिस पर कोर्ट ने फटकार लगाते हुए 16 दिसम्बर को सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश व राज्य सरकार का निर्देश दोनों मगवा लिया है हमे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि यदि जज साहब मैटर को अच्छी तरह से समझ गऐ तो हम विजयी होगे और जनरल के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला होगा Court No. - 7 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 59225 of 2015 Petitioner :- Prem Kumar & 4 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. & 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Seemant Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,B.P. Singh,Jayram Pandey,Mrigraj Singh Hon'ble Pradeep Kumar Singh Baghel,J. In compliance with the order of this Court dated 15th October, 2015, learned Standing Counsel has received the instruction. It is mentioned in the instruction that the District Basic Education Officer has done the counselling in compliance with the order of the Supreme Court and the instructions of the State Government. However, the order of the Supreme Court has not been produced along with the instruction. The instruction is completely vague. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he would produce the instructions of the State Government and the order of the Supreme Court referred to in the instruction on 16th December, 2015.
