Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State.�
The petitioner claims herself to be a Primary School Teacher, which Institution is run by the U.P. Basic Education Board. The petitioner has sought inter district transfer. At the current moment, she is at Inchauli, Rajpura, District-Meerut.
It is submitted that the inter district transfer can be made only upon the request of the teacher and therefore, she applied on-line for transfer on 8.7.2016, but the same has not been considered so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent No.2 may consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in case it is found that she is eligible for such transfer.
