The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to treat her affidavit dated 30.08.2014 as cancelled and to permit the petitioner to submit her educational certificates before the District Basic Education Officer, Bareilly for consideration for appointment as Assistant Teacher in the category of Science/Math in the Junior High School in District Bareilly. In respect of her claim the petitioner is stated to have preferred a representation before the Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P. Allahabad on 19.09.2015 by registered post of the same date, copy of which has been filed as Annexure No.9 to the writ petition but no decision has been taken so far.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with a direction to the respondent no.3, Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2015, Annexure-9 to the writ petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office.
Alongwith the certified copy of this order the petitioner shall also provide a copy of the representation dated 19.09.2015 to the respondent no.3.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
