functionaries. Sri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice
on behalf of respondent no. 4 and 5.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that for the appointment on the
post of Assistant Teacher for Science subject the petitioner had appeared
in counselling and in third counselling his merit has been shown at serial
no. 51. The petitioner possess the essential qualification. However, he has
not been communicated decision with regard to his appointment although the
candidate who has got lesser Quality Point Marks has been selected. It is
stated that the petitioner's Quality Point Marks is 66.30 whereas the last
selected candidate has secured 63.44 Quality Point Marks in the seventh
round of counselling.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 and 5 prays for and is granted
time till the next date of listing to seek instructions in the matter.
