The petitioner submits that he possess essential qualification for the
appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher in terms of the advertisement
and the qualification prescribed under the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education
(Teachers) Service Rules, 1981. He did his Intermediate with Science and
BCA (Bachelor in Computer Application).
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he has participated in the
counselling for the recruitment of Assistant Teacher for Science and
Mathematics subjects in Senior Basic Schools for district Kushinagar. It is
stated that entire process has been completed. However, appointment letter
has not been issued to date.
Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 1
and 2. Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf
of respondent no. 3 and 4. They may seek instructions in the matter.
List this case on 26th November, 2015, amongst top ten cases.
Till the next date of listing one post of Assistant Teacher in Senior Basic
School in district Kushinagar shall be kept reserved.
